Mr. Javid solely
represents plaintiffs. Fifteen to twenty percent
of his practice stems from substituting into
actions previously handled by other plaintiffs
counsel for the purpose of seeing a matter
through jury trial. The majority of his currently
pending matters involve motorcycle and automobile
accidents involving catastrophic injuries
along with premises liability actions, including
but not limited to claims of dangerous premises
conditions, third party criminal conduct,
assault and battery and intentional torts
all resulting in a wide range of catastrophic
injuries.
Raphael has and continues to serve
as a mentor for many young lawyers with an
emphasis upon the rules of evidence and trial
advocacy.
